I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!! AND I THINK THE CUP OF COKE THAT I DRANK CONTRIBUTED TO THIS HYPER-NESS!!!!!!!!

BUT THEN AGAIN, WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TONIGHT IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME SUPER HYPER!!! LOL!!

okay, enough with the caps. X )

i will type as how it happened.. lol.. (to the best of my horrible memory)

SO, i worked the special event tonight!! =)))

And they had the heroes out!! hahaa... my manager told me that there were 4 heroes, but i only saw 3 in the spiderman store - spidey, captain america and rogue! and they all came to look for me!! hahaaa.... =DD

Spidey came first, and he refused to talk to me properly! lol.. he blew a raspberry at me! jumped over the cash registers! used the posters to hit my back and butt, and told me to 'chop chop'! put a universal cap over my head! he was just basically bugging me and irritating me! lol..

we (robert - my collegue and i) didnt except that we'll be so busy... so i couldnt really talk to him that much, but i did managed to hide the zip on his spandex that was showing,.. haaaa.... AND ITS NOT WHERE YOU PEOPLE ARE THINKING! X)

anyways, i couldnt really talk to him yet, and even when captain america came in, i couldnt talk to him.. haha.. but he did ask me how was my party (i invited him!) and i told him that it was fun and that he should've come! >.< i cant really remember what his reply was cuz i was attending to a guest... he saw how busy i was, and said that he'll come back again... and thats when i told him that hes bringing the people with him where he goes! lol.. nice guy~

then rogue came! haha.. and sat on one of the counters! lol.. she is ssooooo cute and pretty!! she asked me how was i, and i told her that im good... and i asked if shes tired, and she said no. hahaa! then cuz the line at Robert's register was getting pretty long, i told the guests waiting there to shift over to where the pretty lady is sitting... X )) then she got off and left!

i was sooo bummed that i couldnt talk more with them!!! =(((( not that i dont like attending to the guests, but robert and i worked non-stop most of the time... bahhhh...

okaaay! then spidey came back, and we werent THAT busy... i think its cuz it was almost closing time... like 15 minutes to 11pm.. i wasnt attending to any guests, and he was squatting on my counter top, so i gave him that puppy dog eyed look and asked him not to be mad at me anymore (okay, i didnt blog about this. but i saw spidey's face, and apparently he was kinda 'pissed' at me, and thus, he didnt talk to me for a while... lol. thus heres me trying to get him to talk to me again.)

the conversation-
me: don't be mad at me anymore... pleaseee..... i'll make it up to you. i'll do anything. (he looked at me). no wait, i'll do almost anything.
spidey: how are you gonna make it up to me? with or without your clothes on?
me: (LOL) you know what, we should go to the beach, and you'll see me in my bathing suit. that's all you're gonna see.
spidey: ~laughs~

I cant really remember what exactly happened after that, but he did call me gorgeous and beautiful, and that i had a nice body or SOMETHING! lol. and i think i blushed. hahaha!! my spandex boy. >.<

oh yaaa!! when there wasnt any guest ready to make their payment, i took the chance and asked robert to take a pic of me and spidey!!! hahahaa!!!!

LJ isnt letting me upload, and i think its cuz of my internet! but anyways, its on my facebook! ahhaa...

THEN SPIDEY KISSED THE TOP OF MY HEAD BEFORE THE PICTURE WAS TAKEN!!! hahaha...

i am SO STARSTRUCK! X ) [oh yaaa, i kissed his cheek! hahha....]

i really like him (not in the romantic way duhh!)! haha... i told him that im going back next month and he was kinda sad i guess? haha.. i couldnt tell with the mask on.. lol.. but i told him also that i may be studying here, and he was happy for me! =) i also told that to captain america i think.. haha... i told him that im going back next month, and he said something like he cant believe that time passes so fast... >.<

so yeahh... i've been thinking, and i may just decide to come back here and continue my university studies.......... i really love living here and working, minus the fact that its really hot and that the transportation system totally sucks. i love working in a theme park! it has always been my dream to work in one, and it has finally come true, and truthfully, this is the job that i wanna do for the rest of my life... =)

okaay, its getting late and i have some stuff to do before i go to bed... and work starts at 11 tomorrow! haha...

I was flipping through my older posts and I realised that I've been ranting ALOT about my encounters with spiderman, and other guys in spandex.. lol.

I was talking to Heather, and I've discovered that its the SPANDEX and the whole masked-and-mysterious-guy thingy that makes me crazy over them! Hahaa... Oh wells, I can't help it.. X ) And, I don't have much time left to go ga-ga over them.. *sigh*

After working here at Universal, it has only strengthen my desire to work in this industry. This was the opportunity that I need, to confirm what I really want to do after I finish my studies.. I don't know if its the people, the job, or the guests, but I really love working in this industry. Sure, there are crappy times, and sometimes even slow and boring times, but I can say that about 80% of my time working there, I absolutely love it! I love talking to the guests, I love playing with the kids and I love making crying kids smile and laugh... =) It has always been what I wanted to do ever since my trip to Disneyland..

I don't know I'll be when its time to leave... bahhhh.....
Hopefully I get to see all the spidermans without their masks! >.<

AND! I AM SO EXCITED FOR MY BIRTHDAY!!! =DD

anyways, i've invited captain america & doctor doom, but not sure how im gonna give the invitations to them.. Most probably be passing to uncle tony tomorrow.. hehe..

ANDDDD, i worked Gradventure on friday night, and seriously, i have NEVER FELT LIKE KILLING PEOPLE SO BADLY IN MY LIFE. those kids were just irritating the heck out of me, and i couldnt wait for it to be over. Its like I never stopped at all ever since i came back from my break at 9pm, all the way until the event ended at 12am. IT WAS CRAZY!! the whole store seemed as if a tornado swept through it and threw everything out of place. oh well, almost everything. but point being that it was horribly messy in the store!!! it was a crazy crazy night...

BUT, before the event started, I had a little nice encounter with captain america & spidey! hehe.. I cant really remember the exact details (as usual), so heres the summarised version.. lol..
Captain America talked to me, asked me where i'm from, whats my name.. I told him that I'm from singapore, and he asked where that was. I told him that its in Asia, and he started to tell me that he went to thailand before, and asked if singapore was in thailand.. lol! i obviously said no, and i said that its in southeast asia. after that, captain america said that he thinks that he had seen me before... and i said maybe, when i came to the parks to play on my off day.. hehe.. then later spidey went behind the cash register, and captain america asked him to ring him a lifesaver sweet. then being the sales associate that i am, i immediately told captain america that its $1.60. And his reaction was, "Ooooh... Brain Girl.." lol!! then he pointed to the universal autograph book and asked me how much that was, and i said, "$9.95." then he went, "Brain Girl." hahaha... so cute lor he!

Then now spidey. Captain america walked away, and i went behind the cash register. Spidey was still there, and he saw the wolverine toy claws that we had (it was the display set). He put it on, and i told him to swing his arm. When the claws swished out, spidey went, "awesommee....." LOL. then he asked me how much it was, and i said, "$34.95." Then he continued, "no its $24.95." And me replied, "so now you're giving your own discounts? lol." and i think he said something like wolverine doesnt really need it.. hahah... so yeahh...........

i know i know... im easily excited... ahaha~!

okay okay, i think thats all for tonight.. im tired, and im starting work at 8.30am tomorrow!!! hopefully i'll knock some sense into myself to sleep earlier... and and and, hopefully my favourite spidey will be there tomorrow so that i can pass him the invite! but yeah, i get the feeling that hes kinda old.. LOL.. oh wells, hes a guy with a fun personality! >.<

Okay, I am seriously supposed to be sleeping right now cuz I start work at 9am, but I GOT TO GET THIS DOWN! haha!!

This is one the happiest day I've had so far at Universal! ahhahaa~!! Not that i'm not happy everyday, but today was superrr fun!! =D

I was waiting for Daphne to come on her break outside the spiderman attraction from about 4pm to about 6pm... Cuz i was just sitting on the bench reading a book and listening to my mp3, i saw spidey & doctor doom run in and out to the 'floor'.. So, they didnt do anything to me when they were running out, but when they came back, stuff happened! ahahha!

First, it was doctor doom. He saw me sitting on the bench, and he came over and lifted the bench with ONE HAND, and toppled the cup of coke that i had - sitting on the arm of the bench!!!! hahaha!! He was pretty apologetic and told me that he would get me another one when he saw me again.. >.< hes sooo cute please! and I told him it was okay, but he kept insisting that he would return a cup to me.. haha...

okay, THEN. after doctor doom went, SPIDEY CAME OUT! wOOOTS! hahaa.. this spidey seemed to be really nice!
Heres what happened:
him: 'How are you?'
me: (pulls out earphones) 'huh? sorry?'
him: 'I said, how are you?"
me: 'Ooohhhh i'm sorry! i didnt hear you! im good~~ how bout you?'

then i completely couldnt hear what he said.. haha... but okay, heres what happened when he came running back..

him: 'you're still here?'
me: 'yeah... i'm waiting for my friend...'
him: 'whos your friend?'
me: 'shes the asian one...'
him: 'which asian one?'
me: 'well, the asian one!' (haha)
him: 'where are you from?'
me: 'singapore'
him: 'are you sure? did you study in america before?'
me: 'errr... no.. why?'
him: 'cuz you sound so american.. you sure you're from singapore?'
me: 'yeah~ well english is our main language in singapore, and we do have our own accent, just that i dont use it.'
him: 'why not? say something with your accent."
me: 'nooo.. i cant!'
him: 'say something~'
me: 'what do you want me to say? (tries to murmur something, but cant really do it in singlish) i cant! i automatically talk like that to americans!'
-up to this point, i cant really remember what happened after this! hahaa... then it goes to this!-
me: 'you're so cute.' (not referring to him looking cute or not, but the way he talks)
him: 'how do you know?'
me: 'i mean, your voice sounds nice...' (haha)
him: 'im just a ugly white guy.'
me: 'and im just an ugly asian girl'
him: 'how do you look like without your glasses?' (i was wearing my sunglasses, and he reached out and tried to take off my glasses!)
me: (reaches to take off glasses) 'and yeah, im an ugly asian girl.'
him: 'okay, ugly asian girl'

AND THEN I CANT REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED!!! having STM SUCKS! anyways, he did say "see ya later!"... =)
Later, i found out from this uncle who really looks out for me (uncle tony!), the name of this spidey!! X )) his voice seems really young... haha..
Just to side track, uncle tony rocks! hahaa.. he told me loads of stuff bout the characters, which i dont think im allowed to post it here, so yeaahhh~ =) HE ALSO BROUGHT ME & DAPHNE TO THE CHARACTERS TRAILER! =DDD super cool! hahah... we met captain america, doctor doom, rogue, as well as the others, but only really chat with these 3 people.. oh yaaaa, doctor doom also gave me $1 for the drink!!!! super cute lo!!! hes a super cute (not referring to looks) guy! hehe...

ANYWAYS, i still DIDNT MANAGE TO SEE MY FAVOURITE SPIDEY!!!! dannngg!!! im irritated. haa. but he did blow me kisses when he passed by the comic store where i worked in just now... lollll.... uncle tony refused to tell me who spidey is, and told me that, "does he look good in spandex?" me: "yaa......" him: "then so? thats all that matters." lol!!

And Cyclops & i had a little bonding time when he came into the Comic Store just now.. lol.. he asked me if i had watched the new wolverine movie and i said yeah, so we were like giving each other high-tens. haha... so funny! and there were like so many people (storm, rogue, charlie - one of the guys like uncle Tony who look after the characters when they come out, cyclops, spidey and captain america) who came into the store to see the latest captain america shield which we had just recently brought in... its like $375USD for that 25 pound shield... lol.. but it looks super cool la.. X )

so yahh... today was kinda exciting for me... and now im tired!!!!!!!! gonna go sleep now!!!!!

okay, this was what i typed to sab, so being the lazy person that i am, i'm just gonna cut and paste it here... heheee...

this happened on sunday!

SPIDERMAN WAS TOTALLY FLIRTING WITH ME!!!!!!!! and i think i flirted back!   bAAHH.   but i was super happy la... dang it. i suck... X )

okie, firstly, this spidey was part of the super heroes that come out at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm, they ride the motorbikes out...

when he came in at 11am, he didnt see me, but just before he went out, he saw me and i sorta like opened my arms out for a hug.. lol. then he hugged me real tight and said something like, "bye baby. see ya later baby." something like that! haaha... then i was happy liaos... AND he *muacked* me also!! hahaha!!!

then when he came in for the 1pm one (i went for lunch at 11.30-12.30), i was working at the cash register where i could see him and where he could see me, then i know i very bhb... I BLEW A KISS AT HIM! lol!!! i was bored, and there were no guests who wanted to check out their items.. lol. then he pretended to catch the kiss and put it to his face! lolll!!!! so cute laa!! X ) then straight after that, he kept pointing to his cheek. lol.. signalling that he wanted one on his cheek.. X )) and he even told the guests who were waiting to take a pic with him to wait while he pointed to his cheek at me... X ))  then the best thing was that just before he ran out, he came by the cash register, stuck out his left hand at me, and i put my hand in his.. then he pulled me to him and KISSED THE TOP OF MY HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!! he was SOOO TALLL!!! lol... my captain and colleague were there also, and they saw me go crazy after spidey ran out!! lol..   i am SO deprived!! haaa..

then at the 4pm one, before he ran out, he came and jumped on top of my counter!!!!! loll... and heres my convo with him:

me: come down! you gotta go!!
him: really?
me: yeah! you gotta go!! they're calling you!
him: really?
me: yeah!! go!!
*spidey jumps of the counter, picks up my scanner, and puts it to his ear.*
*pushes the scanner to me and said:*
him: its for you. *runs out*

i am seriously infactuated with him... lol!!

so i got off work at 4.30.. then i missed the stupid bus, and had to wait for about an hour for the next bus (the buses on sundays, come once every hour.. quite sucky.. bahh..).. while waiting at the bus stop, there was this guy on a motorbike who drove past.. he saw me, and suddenly stuck his tongue out at me and did the rock sign with his hand! hahahaa!!! i was kinda wondering if he was the spidey or not, and today at work, I WAS SO RIGHT. loll!!!!

I was working at spiderman today, so i couldnt see much of spidey (hes always stationed at Alterniverse).. but when i went over to Alterniverse to get some stuff, i managed to catch his eye and he went "hey melon!" THEN after that! he made the motorbike motion thingy! with his hands!! and my reaction was "I KNEW IT!" hahaha!! it was him!!!! sadly, i didnt get to see his face properly, so i dont know if hes good looking or not... lol!   hopefully i can meet him tomorrow and ask if hes gonna work grad bash... then i wanna get his signature!!! haaaaa... then if i throw myself a bday party, i will sooooooooo invite him.. only condition is that he wear the spandex to the party... HAAAAAAAAAA......... if spiderman comes to my bday, its the ultimate thing that could happen.. lol!!!

anyways, something else he told me on sunday:

spidey: "you're always smiling and cheerful."
me: "yeah. its because i see you"

i know i very bhb la.. but still.................... hes just a part of my fantasies... lol.. and im not sure if i ever want to see his face... hahahaa!! im just gonna see how things go.... X )

time to go to bed now! i have to work at 8.30!

Okay, I seriously need to put this down cuz I'll definitely forget it!!!

Having a seriously short-term memory, I'm already being to forget what happened today!! X )

Anyways, just to sidetrack a little, regarding my previous entry, I think that it was the same guy.. lol.. the same spiderman throughout the day.. hehe..

SOOO........... I was there at the cash register when spidey came in... It was the first time that the marvel super heroes come out for that day, and he came and talked to me! lol.. he asked me for my name, and looked at my name tag, thereafter comes this conversation:
Spidey: "Midori.. Isn't that an alcohol?"
Me: "Yeah.. its supposed to be some melon alcohol..."
Spidey: "Yeah okay. so you're melon. i'm gonna call you melon.." *runs off to take photos*

I think it was something like this.. lol.. I somehow vaguely remember him talking to the guy who sorta controls the characters' meet & greet session (his name is TJ), but it was something like that.. X )

Then another interaction i had with him!!!!

We sell rocks at our store. And so just as he was running to the photo booth at our store there, he grabbed this green rock and said to me -

Spidey: "Don't say that I didn't get you anything.."

this is it!!

And i was like stunned! lol. I told my leads (team captains - Heather & Josh), and asked them if I could take that rock home, and Josh said, "er no. that would be called stealing. cuz technically, he didnt pay for it." lol!! so funnnny!! heather told me to keep it somewhere first, and when i have the money, buy the bag of rocks which costs usd$5.95, plus taxes is $6.34.. its craaaaazzzilyyy expensiveee!! and no way will i pay that sum for a BAG OF ROCKS. o.O but at least i managed to get a picture... hahhaa!!

Then another thing was that, while i was waiting to collect the money from the guest, i looked up and saw him waving at me!! like those excited type of wave!!! lol.. i was superrrrr happy pleaseee! like finally he knows that im there.. lol!

He also said 'hi melon!' & 'bye melon!' to me everytime he went in and out of the store. lol.. its kinda annoying, but really cute. X ) and i let him get away with it cuz hes in a RED & BLUE SPANDEX.

And im seriously dying to seeeee his real face!!! along with the others!!!

Krystal (my colleague!) seems to be planning something, but im not sure yet.. hopefully i get to meet them.. lol!! i dont really mind that this spidey is good-looking or not, cuz i love his personality! haaaa... though his quite mischevious (he scared another female guest today), hes good with the kids too.. lol..

i really should get over my obsession with spidey. X ) but its kinda hard, cuz the spandex seriously defines all his muscles.. lol! And can you imagine, i saw mums running after spidey.. its a weird sight, but not uncommon whenever you hear that a guy in spandex is running about.. lol!! they run even faster than their kids!!!

oh yaa!! this spidey also said that my english is really goood! like duuh! lol..

I think its bout all for now.. its like 4am!! i need to sleepppp!! shall post again soon...
i'll be going to Giz's house to play games with shuwen & kirsch!! wooots!

I know I haven't been updating for quite a while!! I'm sorrry!! Its either I've been too tired, or too lazy to post anything. haa.

I will so totally copy whatever I type before I click 'post'.

Anyways, theres nothing much to update.. haha..

EXCEPT! I've become friends with ONE spiderman!!!!!!!! X ))

He was about to run out of the store when I was talking to my friend from Thailand, Natcha and he came in between us! lol.. He stuck out his hand and shook mine!! lol.. he said something like "hey how are you?" and me, getting DAZZLED again, cant seem to remember how i replied him.. lol. i've got it sooo sooo bad... X )

And then another encounter with spidey today!!! I don't think it was the same one.. HE WAS KINDA IRRITATING! lol.
I was walking back to the cash register when HE CAME UP BEHIND ME AND SCARED ME!!! I TOTALLY SCREAMED! and he was having such a kick out of it. baahhhh. it was cuz they sounded the siren which signalled that the heroes needed to go back, thats why he ran out. so after that when he came back and had to leave again, he did the whole "i'll be watching you" action at me, and i shouted out, "you're so mean!" and he was like "that was a good one. and im not mean! i'm supposed to be friendly!" and ran off. lol. so now he knows me. haaaaaaa...

Ya lo... i think i need more excitement, and of course more sleep...

And yaay i'll be working grad bash! grad bash is an event where kids aged b/w 17-18 years old, those graduating from high school, get to play in the parks.. it'll be from 7pm to 2am. and i heard that it can get pretty crazy, loads of stealing, and people making out in dark corners.. lol.. but it'll be an experience for me cuz i've never worked in an event before! >.< yaaayy!

Think thats bout it for now.. haha.. i'm still recovering from my flu, and ive taken some meds, so i should be knocking out soon.. X )

Gaaahhh... It was super busy today at the park, and it was soooo cold!!!
I think it was like 12 degrees today! hahah... but it'll be even colder tomorrow... somewhere around 9 degrees i think..

AND AND AND AND!!!! Krystal SHOWED ME WHERE SPIDERMAN CHANGES!!!!!!!!!!! lol.. no la... its also where they park their bikes and all... lol.. where they rest and all.. X )   she said that she'll find him and talk to him someday! lol.. i dont know which him, cuz last i heard, theres like 6 people playing him... hahaha.. And somehow, most of my colleagues got some form of contact with him, be it when hes spiderman, or when hes just a normal person. lol.. must be murphy's law! baahhhh...

I should really stop thinking bout him. geeeez...

And i got upset at work today.... I didnt really show it, but i was ranting to the girls in the apartment... =(   1 of my colleagues called me an asian lesbian!!! JUST BECAUSE I WORE THE SUNGLASSES WITH THE RAINBOW STRIPE ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!   =((((
i dont have anything against lesbians and gays, but i just get a little uncomfortable around them... so yaaa.... i seriously didnt like it when he called me that.... AND he told GUESTS, NOT TO TRUST ASIANS! like what the heccckk?!! okay, if you're joking, im fine with that, but you gotta know when to stop making this kind of comments. gahh.

hes a nice guy, so im not really pissed at him or anything, but i just didnt like that he said these things. anyways, i called him a "horrible, spanish speaking gay man". haaaaaaaaa. and one guest commented that "we know that you guys like each other".

Heyo~

I'm so tired. lol.

So updates for today!
- Spidey said hi to me twice today! But I'm not sure if they are the same one. lol. hes still looking good in his spandex. HAAA...
- I'VE GOT A NEW STALKER. -__-

I shall elaborate more on that. Its just SO WEIRD. He has been working in the park for about a year now, and today was the first time I met him. I don't think i should put his name here (in case i get sued or something) , but he was like all, "We haven't been properly introduced, I'm ______" And my reaction was like, "err, okay, Hi. I'm midori. Nice to meet you." - this was the proper way to respond no?

Then after that, he starts telling me about all these:
- his dream to become a star
- how difficult it is to become famous here in the states
- how much he hates american idol
- how record companies reject him and steals his songs
- what bands & songs he like
- how his gf broke up with him after he caught her cheating
- why he cuts his wrist
- how much his life sucks, etc etc

Its not that I wanna remember all these, but he keeps going ON and ON and ON and never stopping! Even when i was doing the express pass outside the store, he came out and talked to me!

Okay, i have this pair of black sunglasses with a rainbow stripe over at the top, and he saw it and asked if i was homosexual. like whatttt?!? Then he asked me out to dance!? I told him that i couldnt dance, and he started doing the robot, right there at the cashier, WHERE HE COULD BE SEEN BY THE GUESTS. -_- Then he also asked if i'm off on saturday. I told him yes, but I'll be going out with my friends.

Heres another thing that realllllyyyy irritated me for no apparent reason:
Him: Are you single? (pause) Cuz you seem single from the way you fangirled over Big Bang. (hey, BB rocks! And i was fangirling with my friend who likes BB too!)
Me: Yeah i am.
After that, i walked off. Seriously, if he asks me to be his gf or whatever, i'd just blow up in his face. This guy gets on my last nerves. BAH.

What is it about me that i keep attracting younger boys?!?! gosh.

Another thing, HE IS SO TOUCHY! Like he kept putting his arms around my shoulder!!!!! If he was a girl, yeah i wouldnt mind, but COME ON. america can't be THAT open?! where is that respect for the ladies? Oh wait. I may just be seeing what some of the guys in this country are like. Don't get me wrong. Some guys i've met, are REALLY nice. people like josh, brent, chris, giz, korey, marquis, jeff, douglas, i wrote their names cuz i really like them, and they're all seriously nice and funny people. but like this other person, its just plain weird, and hopefully i dont get to work with him again. if not, i'll go crazy walking around the shops, trying to avoid him. and i'll go crazy if i have to entertain him also. =(

Oh Lord, please help me. Grant me patience.. and help me to see him through Your eyes...

Anyways, enough about him, i should be heading off to bed soon.. Work starts at 12pm tomorrow and ends at 7.45pm.. And I can never get enough sleep.. haha..

And spidey said "Bye" to me today! lol. Just to me. haha.. I think he's my colleague's friend, but then again, he's just Peter Parker.... (its what we tell our guests!) lol!

Goshhh.... I swoon ALOT. like seriously.

This girl from thailand who is working at this photo-taking booth thingy, i sorta made friends with her, and she told me that shes close to the spidermans! lol.. From what i understood from her.. >.< her english isnt really good, but shes a really nice girl.. =)

And and! Chris from UK! hahah! I have sooooo got to blog about him. Yesterday, he came up behind me, and rested his elbow on my shoulder, and i went "its the right height for you huh?" and he just smiled. lol. and the next thing he did was to ruffle my hair. like whats up with that?! haha! And today!! HE sorta SCRATCHED MY BACK? it was very brief, but i felt it! (duhh!) hes a funny guy, not good looking, but funny. haha!! (who am i to say huhhhh.. X) ) im not good lookin too. lol!) and hes got that really CUTE british accent!! lol.. I am such a sucker for accents.. >.<

Okay okay, i shall stop ranting. I think people are getting tired of me and my deprived-ness. at least i think my house mates are? lol.

I'll see spidey again tomorrow, but then again, as if he'll take notice of this small asian girl. haaaaa..

Anyways, I don't really know what to blog about these days.. I've been soo tired... I worked 10 hours today, and 7 hours yesterday. I almost died todayy.. bahhh... I'll be working again tomorrow, 11am-7pm, and also on fri, 12pm-7.45pm.

Okay, its getting abit late now, and I have to work tomorrow. So i'll make this a quick one!

Today, the girls (our apartment mates, and our NYP juniors, plus shuwen & stacie) went to play at the park after we made our trip to the social security office.

AND I FINALLY GOT TO TAKE A PHOTO WITH SPIDERMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so he might not be the one with the nice voice, but heck, whoever is in the red & blue spandex just about makes me think that hes spiderman. LOL. Anyways, hes pretty tall, and talkative. hahaa..

I had to queue up at the photo-taking area (the one at the Marvel Store) to take a picture with him. When my turn finally came, i told the girls who were with me (renee, esther, shuhui, huiying & sylvia) to let me take a picture with him alone.. >.< [well sorrryyy!! i wanted a private moment!! hahahha!!!] so so so, when i went up to him, heres how our conversation went:

Spidey: "Hey, how are you?" *sticks out hand to shake mine*
Me: "Heey.. I'm good......" *star-struck, reaches out to shake his hand*
Spidey: *hand still holding mine, pauses for abt 2 seconds* "You do know that you are in safe hands right?"
Me: *Stunned for about 2-3 seconds, and sheepishly replied* "Yeah........................" *extremely star-struck now, and blushing like crazy*

OKAY. I know the people who are reading this want to stone me right now, but HEY........ my desires were fulfilled! hahaha!!! But then again, i am SO determined to find the guy who has the absolutely charming voice... X )))

Following our little exchange, we proceeded to take the photo... X ) and he like held me CLOSE! hahaha!!! SHOULDER LA....

Then i did what most crazy fangirls will do. I asked,

"Can I get a hug?"

He said, "Yeah sure!"

Then reaches out and PULLS ME TO HIM!!!! <3 *kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!* He hugged me like really TIGHT!!! >.<

OKAY I THINK I HAVE OFFICIALLY GONE CRAZY. LOL.

So yeah.... I was reallly happy today... =DDD

Mardi Gras! Kelly Clarkson!

Okay, this was supposed to be posted last night, but i was too tired! So here it is!!

My first Mardi Gras was super funnnn!!! =D I definitely had a wonderful time even though work was tiring.. =)

I was at the Hulk cart today, and seriously, I have a feeling that I might go deaf anytime.. lol.. The rollercoaster goes past my work area once in i don't know how many minutes (its definitely less than 5mins) and I have talk really loudly to the guests, and sometimes i have to stop talking and wait for the rollercoaster to pass before continuing to say what i need to say to the guests.. Its tiring! >.< I felt so dehydrated and my mouth was so dry.. lol. But still, it was a good experience! I met another colleague, Blair, and my another manager, Brent! =) He’s really nice, and asked me about how I’m coping and all. Nice guy. Hehe.. OHHH, he also told me that we could actually sign up and go on one of those floats thingy for the Mardi Gras.. haha.. I shall check with him again when I see him on tues.. =D

Anyways, MARDI GRAS!

We were at the Arcade where guests would exit from the Mummy Ride, and stood there to wait for the floats to come our way. The whole parade started at 8pm, and by the time it reached us, it was like around 8 plus, 8.20-30pm? I’m not sure about the time, but there were alot of people, and we were like crazy people – screaming our lungs out whenever the floats were near, and also when we saw hot looking guys. LOL. Okay. They were the parade performers, but which girl can restrain herself when she sees a topless guy with well-defined 6 pacs? Haha! Fine fine, I’m deprived. But any-o-how, I managed to grab 10 beads! Hahha!!! This includes jumping up to catch the beads, even if they were flying in my friends’ direction. X )

OH. I snatched one necklace from this guy standing beside me. SO UNGENTLEMAN of him!! We caught the beads at the same time, but it was kinda nearer to me. So naturally, BEING A GUY, I thought he would just give the beads to me, but HE DIDN’T! URGH. In fact, it was like a tug-of-war between him and me. And eventually? I WON. HA. I snatched that necklace, right out of his hand. You so do not mess with me!

Horrible boy. Baah.

Yeps, so my first Mardi Gras parade was pretty fun~ I really enjoyed myself, and actually I heard from my manager that as international students, we can sign up to be on the floats to throw the beads to the people at the paradeee! Wheeee~~ But I still don’t have the exact details from him. I shall ask for more info about this when I see him again.. hehe..

The reason why i knew that hes spiderman is cuz he was still wearing HIS SPIDEY SHOES!! =DDDD Hmmm.... he wasnt very handsome, but he wasnt very not-goodlooking also.. ahhaha!!   <3
I'm still set on finding that spidey who has a very nice voice! hahaha... i dont know if hes the one or not, cuz i didnt hear him speak at all... lol..

1) i went to church today! =) its a chinese congregation, and the people there were really nice!
2) i also went to the oriental supermarket somewhere near my house todaaayy!! shioknesss!!! got some asian foodies! like CHILLI, cabbage, IKAN BILLIS!, LOTUS SEED PASTE BAOS (ready made), dumpling skins, BRINJAL! etc etc! haha...
3) i have a day off tomorrowww!! =D we're going to the social security office to get our cards, and later we have the rest of the day off! wheeeeeee~   hopefully we can go catch a movie or something.. lol.

THE SPIDERMAN STORE! =D

Big heeyy to the people who are reading this! =DD

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2nd day at work! =) I worked at the SPIDERMAN STORE (yesterday) and HE POPPED IN LIKE TWO TO THREE TIMES!!!!!! OKAY. Not really popped in. More like ran from one door to the other door.. Hahaa! I'm crazy over that guy in spandex! lol.

Okay okay, so work was kinda fun but tiring.. I was supposed to work until 4.30pm, but my manager requested that i stayed until 6.45pm... The store got really busy around 6pm plus cuz thats when the park closes, and I think people want to get some last minute stuff, so yeah. And the leads (short for leaders) closed two out of the three registers! So I was the one who was mending the only register.. lol.. It was hectic i tell you!

AND! I got a one-cent tip! X )) There was this bunch of students who came in and decided to get some candy.. So the queue line was kinda messed up, and I kept this boy waiting, so when i finally got to him, i apologised and he was all, "nah its okay, no worries", and after he paid up, i told him that he gave me extra, and he said that its a tip for me! lol! Though its one-cent, its the thought that counts!

I seriously love my job. =D Not that its a fantastic job, but i love it that i get to interact with the guests when they make their purchases and also to just observe them when they are browsing around the shop.. =) its fun.

So, i'll be going to the hulk cart tomorrow! Its gonna be hot, and hopefully, i wont become deaf cuz the hulk ride's gonna be roaring alot.. lol.. And I'll be going for the Mardi Gras parade also!! yaayyness!!! BEADS! =D

first day at the Marvel Alterniverse Store!

I absolutely enjoyed my first day!!! =DDD

Being the incredibly lazy person I am, here are the highlights! (as if they're short highlights! lol!):

1) My first few customers were this group of Japanese students who are here for the Disney exchange programme thingy! =) The only guy in their group wanted to purchase a spiderman toy, and as he approached the counter, he was looking at me, then at my badge, and he was surprised when he saw my name... hahaa!! Anyways, I launch into my whole "im-not-a-japanese, im-a-singaporean, but-i-can-speak-a-little-japanese" speech and he was a little shocked. lol. so anyways, he told me that they're on the disney programme, so thats how i got to know.. haha.. And when he made his payment, I saw his name on his credit card, and read it out loud. Apparently, i got one of his names (you know how japanese people have 4 characters in kanji for their names, eg. Takuya Kimura = Mu Chun Tuo Zai, you get what i mean. X )) wrong, so yeahh.. he corrected me nicely, and yeah, hes nice. lol. His group ppl came around, and were also facinated with my name and all.. lol.. And we exchanged pleasant "Konnichiwas", and they went on their way~ So that was about all for my encounter with the japanese students! woots!

2) My trainer is a pretty cool Taiwanese lady whos GOING TO BRING ME TO CHURCH ON SUNDAY!!! =DDD God answers prayers! (like duhhh!) And she got so excited when she knew that I understand chinese.. haha! so she taught me quite a bit of stuff in chinese! >.<   im actually afraid that my other colleagues will mind, but apparently they don't, and one of them like to say CRAZY in chinese.. haha!   they're all so, so, cute!

3) I SAID "BYE SPIDEY" AND SPIDEYMAN REPLIED, "BYE YOU GUYS!" THOUGH I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO SAID "BYE" TO HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please forgive the caps, IM LIKE SO EXCITED! I think that's cuz in my mind, spideyman is some cute looking guy under that spandex mask.... LOL. come on! A guy who can fit into a red & blue body hugging SPANDEX that defines his muscles (somewhat la.. lol), GOT TO look somewhat DECENT.. X) )   i think i've officially gone mad.   hahaha...

AND AND AND, i get to see SPIDERMAN EVERYDAY AT WORK! hahaha.. Cuz hes our resident hero! =D We have a spideyman photo corner, where ppl can take a picture with him, and have that superimposed on some magazine background for (i think) over $30 per photo... BUT! the thing is that they have i think a few people take turns to be spiderman, so i happened to noticed a slightly plump one, and a slightly skinnier one... X )    BUT THE ONE WHO TALKED TO ME, HES THE SKINNIER ONE AND HES GOT A VERY NICE VOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MANNNNNN~  TOBEY MAGUIRE!!!!!!!!! lol...   okay, im just gonna stop ranting about him for the moment... X ))

4) First day of work wasn't too bad.. I'd learnt many new things, familiarized myself with the cashier system, learnt how to really interact with the guests, learnt about the different prices of the merch (short form for merchandise), etc etc..

5) Made new friends! =D like alot!

6) My colleague found a Donkey plushie, and i really liked it, but unfortunately I can't take it home without the receipt... (company policy!)

7) this is the coolest thing!! I FOUND OUT THAT THERE ARE 2 BIG BANG LOVERS (my colleagues!) WORKING WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIKE OH.MY.GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kristina & Marquis!!! =DDDDDD

Okaayy... I think this is about all for today! =)
I'm getting tired, and my shift starts at 8.30am tomorrow, so I'll be heading off to bed nowww~

I'll be at the Spiderman store tomorrow!! Yaay!! With Chris, this guy from the UK.. Funny man. lol. Hes British. And somehow, I don't find myself not-liking him (or British people as a whole. We've got quite a bit of customers who are from the UK). hahaaa... And its not referring to the like-love type of like, rather, its the friendship "i-can-get-along-with-you" type of like. X ))

Heyaa~ =D

I'm finally posting! haha.. It has been 4 fun days of orientation, and I'm going to start work soon!! On wednesday!! =) I've met some of my colleagues today, and they're all really nice, thus making me super excited to start work! =)

My trainer for the past 2 days, Douglas, as well as the other trainers, Rachelle, Tiffany and Jeff, are all WONDERFUL people! I love them to bits! >.<   They have been so friendly, making us feel so at home, and not forgetting, they're all hilariously funnyy!! =D Plus, they've made class so much more fun to attend!

Gosh, I'm seriously loving Universal Orlando so much, I might just find it hard when the time comes for me to leave... T_T   but for the time being, i shall put that thought out of my mind.. =)

Anyways, we've heard alot of things from Douglas about his experiences in the parks, some of the things he had come across while working at UO, alot of funny situations (i mean the ha-ha funny, not the weird weird funny.. hehe..) and also many many hilarious actions coming from him! This guy DANCES while training us! haha!! Not that i'm complaining, but maybe next time we could get up and dance with him or something... lol! i was SO kidding.. X )

I don't think I can, or should, reveal anything he said on my LJ.... I would get into trouble with the company and get sent home earlier than planned. and i totally DONT want that to happen!   so yeahh...

Okay, I have my schedule already, i'll start work on wednesday, and work until saturday.. then i have sunday off, and following that, i'll be working mon-fri in the following week.. And i got mostly the morning shift.. o.O this means i gotta wake up early very often! lol..

Then shuwen & i are going down to the Prime Outlets to get the 2 jackets from SAB........ and after that we'll head down to the parks to play!!!! whheeeee~~ so exciting!!! and and and i shall be going to sleep now!! hopefully i'll have some photos to post tomorrow! =)

Its my final day of orientation tomorrow... And I'll most probably be starting work also! Gosh I'm excited!!! but I'm also scared!! haha... I think its the first-day-of-work-jitters.. X )

Anyways, I managed to do some therapy today.. haha!! We went shopping at the Prime Outlets AKA FACTORY OUTLETS!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh well, not all of the items were cheap, but still, we got some pretty good buys out there.. =D

I'm happy~~

Hopefully it wont be too taxing tomorrow, and that i'll meet nice people! =)
And also that i'll live through my uniform... lol..

Another thing is, i need to control my food intakes!!! ='( i've been eating WAAAAAY too much! this means that i need to go to the gym like more than twice a week... bleahh...

Gonna go sleep now... Gotta be up early tomorrow.. Nitees..

p.s. im missing Singapore.. especially the transportation system.. =( and my friends too.... but i love florida also... not sure how i'll say goodbye to heree.. gaahhh...... i shall stop thinking about this!!!

Okiee! Here's my post for the sg_bigbang community!! =)

The 5 things that remind me of BIG BANG! WOOTS!

1) This tee i just bought today at Wet Seal!

Why does it remind me of BB?: Because they're one of a kind. <3 Their talents, personalities, their behaviour.. I love them... *dreamy* There's no other group like Big Bang!!!

2) I bought this today too!! At Against All Odds at the Prime Outlets!

Why does it remind me of BB?: I think it looks like something TOP would wear? haha..

3) I got this at Wet Seal too!!! =D

Why does it remind me of BB?: Its not exactly the same type, but Bong wears toy glasses too!! >.<

4) Okay, this was taken after my farewell dinner, at the esplanade.......

Why does it remind me of BB?: Taeyang had a Piano Battle with one of the guys from DBSK (sorry i dont know his name!).. and he played Don't Wanna Try by Frankie J... I totally MELTED, and that performance has left a really deep impression on me... it was beautiful..!! So theres me, thinking that I'm playing the piano with Bae!!! (in my dreams!!) although hes nothing like the lighted stick man, but still, a girl can dream... lol..

5) Lastly! THE SMILING MONKEY!!! =D

Why does it remind me of BB?: I've watched BB on Sang Sang Plus, and one of the hosts asked who was the person who started the smiling eyes thingy, Bae or Dae, and this smiling monkey just reminded me of the both of them! "No-eyes smile!" And theres a little bit of Dae's cheekiness also... hehe... ^_^

Hey everybody! So sorry for the lack of updates! I've been so tired the past 2 days! Must've still been the jet lag.. X )

Anyways, we had our first orientation at Universal yesterday. We met really nice people, and got briefed about how we should behave at work, etc etc.. I've also gotten my work position! I'll be at the Marvel side, should be at the main gift shop.. hehe.. =) I'm psyched to start work, and we've got another 3 more days of orientation before we actually start work! Can't wait to get my nametag! =DD and we had our photos taken yesterday for our ID card, and of all days, I didn't blow dry my hair the night before anddddd i was wearing contacts! eeeeks! shall be wearing my glasses for the next few days.. hehe...

And, I seriously wanted to blog yesterday but I was really tired, and i slept at around 8 plus.. >.<

So... things I've learnt so far:
1) Alligators can only move in a straight direction, so if you ever get chased by one, run ZIG-ZAG. lol!
2) Always look back when walking home, or walking to somewhere.. Florida's crime rate is pretty high, so it never hurts to be more careful..
3) Drinking water tastes really weird, even after its boiled, twice. So we've gotten those huge bottled ones to put at home..
4) Learning the various coin types is VERY IMPORTANT. Till today, we still haven gotten used to using the coins! >.<
5) Not all americans welcome us (shall elaborate on this more later - im sooooo angry)
6) Washing clothes isnt that difficult!
7) Cooking is also not that difficult! >.<

Thats about it for now... =)

SO. The thing that I'm angry about.

The girls & I went out for abit today. We wanted to go to Publix to get some stuff (eg. water, more foodies, other stuff we need to use in the apartment, etc) and ended up exploring our neighbourhood.. We walked around the crazy streets outside our apartments, and managed to find a BurgerKing, and so we decided to grab a bite.. BTW, florida sun is REALLY HOT.. its not too bad when the wind is blowing, but its reallly hot.. i think i'll get darker when i go home.. haha..

oh yaa... we went into this shop that sells ALOT of things to use in a party, and slyvia & i took some funny photos with their collection of sunglasses! B-)

Continuing with what happened, we were happily having our chicken fingers, fries & drinks when these 4 STUPID, YOUNG AMERICAN KIDS (approx b/w 16-18 yrs old) sat behind us, and started to throw things at us. [they were throwing receipts and crumpled tissues behind their shoulders, also meaning that they were purposely throwing at us.] First, they threw the receipts, and it landed on the ledge behind us. So i let that slide. The final straw came when they threw the crumpled tissues and landed behind one of the girls.

Heres how it went:
Me: EXCUSE ME. (pause, silence around the tables, both ours and theirs.) THE RUBBISH BIN IS BY THE SIDE.

Then I told the girl (i think it was shuhui) to throw the tissue back at them, in chinese.

After that, i think they finished eating, then got up to leave. Coincidentally, we also finished with our food and decided to leave. But apparently, they were waiting for us outside the restaurant in their cars, and being as ill-mannered and uneducated as they are, they shouted, "Bye *censored* Asians!" and drove off. I was one of the last few to walk out of BK's doors, so i didnt managed to scold them back. I was extremely pissed. Like really. Stupid kids.

They werent the last we had today. 2 other big ang mohs with tattoos called out something from their cars as they drove past, just as we were coming out of Publix. Not sure if it was something mean or not, but its seriously getting on my nerves.

OH WELL. I guess these ppl dont appreciate that we treat them nicely when they're in our country, and all we get from them while we're in their country is their stupid racist attitudes. jerks.

Enough said about those immature idiots.

We had a really nice pot-bless/luck @ the other 6 girls' apartment.. Stacie & I cooked rice with mixed veggies, sausages and scrambled eggs, and we had a really sumptous and homey dinner! =)

Hello to everyone who is reading! =D

I have reached Orlando safely, and its really beautiful here! =) The weather is similar to Singapore's, except that it is a little colder at night.. So far we havent done anything much, just settled into our apartment, and unpacked our stuff.. (I realised that, even though I thought that I had brought quite abit of things, shuwen & stacie brought waaay more than me! haha!)

I have already loaded the pictures which I had taken on the plane, and also some pictures after we landed, and lastly, of our room! =D

Oh oh oh! The first thing which I had spent on after landing here is............. *drumrolll* A BOTTLE OF APPLE JUICE WHICH COSTS $2.08! haha!! I was seriously dehydrated from all the flying.. bleah..

And know what, some idiot sitting on one of the benches at the airport called out to me, shuwen, slyvia and esther while we went to buy our drinks, "Hi CHINA!" and I turned around and shouted back, "We're not from CHINA!! We're from Singapore!!" -_-

I seriously felt like throwing my shoe at him!!!

And if I could, I would take a picture of his expression when I said that to him and post here. he looked so shocked. hahaa. The worst thing was, after we bought our drinks, we had to walk pass him again, and this time he said, "Hi HONGKONG!" like oh my gosh please! so irritating!!! And esther went and shouted back, "Hello INDIAN" LOL. he looked more mexican/portugese rather than indian.. =X oopsies. haha..

Anyways, its pretty late now.. Think I'm gonna turn in soon.. We have a 2 hour orientation tomorrow around our apartment & neighbourhood and also some paperwork to fill in, and we'll be heading down to florida's largest mall to get our phone lines and to also do some shopping! yaay!

oh yesss! theres a gym hereee! haha.. means i shall be planning at least a once a week visit there.. hehe..

It was my last G12 teaching at Alvin & Yireng's house tonight!!! (oh well, at least for the next 4 months..)
I was kinda sad i guess... I'LL SO DEFINITELY MISS MACKIE! =(

And Yireng COOKED today!!! =DD she seldom, or never cooks for us unless its to try out some new dish.. lol! i'll never forget that blue pasta with spam (its like luncheon meat!) she made, and we were her guinea pigs! haha! but it was good though... lol! =)

oh mann... i'll miss everyone... *sniffles*

Guess what? I've suddenly, FOR NO APPARENT REASON, caught the FLU BUG. ='( my nose is dripping like nobody's business, and its really uncomfortable... =( And to think, i'm flying off in like about 4 days time!!!! gahhh..... hopefully it'll go away by sunday.. bahhh..

Dinner with Shutaro last night was pretty fun! lol.. I was sooo glad he liked the ba chor mee at Bedok 85! haha!! i was so worried that he may not like it!! Lol! and he was worried that i'd take him to eat dog meat or something.. LOL! X ) we caught slumdog millionaire after that at tamp mall! haha.. the movie was not too bad, but i couldnt catch what they said sometimes... hmm.. the accent were a little thick for me, but overall, i enjoyed the movie. =D

oh i forgot to mention that Shutaro kept wanting to make me take embarrassing pictures!!! >.< you know, Tampines Mall has these little kiddy machines here and there, and he wanted to take a photo of ME in IT! like oh my gosh laa! haha! anyways, since hes a guest, i let him take one stupid picture of me. haaaa... i did the monkey face with this monkey machine thingy at the arcade.. X ) if it was possible, i really wanted to record his laughter and post it or something... it was HILARIOUS!! haha! i'm not being mean or anything (i know that my laugh is funny too), but it was just really F.U.N.N.Y! >.< okay, i suck. =P

Anyways, i thought things would be weird cuz considering the fact that this was my like, 2nd time meeting him? haha! but we chatted away like old friends. =D must be all those times we chatted online.. haha! oh yeah, we went into Jigsaw World, cuz he wanted to take a look. I told him in japanese that it was expensive, but he said that he just wanted to see see.. so anyways when we went in and he took a puzzle box and looked at it, he immediately told me in japanese that its really expensive... lol! i don't know why i remember this. maybe because we used mainly english when we talked to each other and when he made that "hontou ni takai desu ne!" statement, i just wanted to laugh... haha! i am still a sucker for japanese things! lol! X )

Another 9 more days to the Sunshine State!

I'm really excited yet somehow there's a little part of me that doesn't want to go.. haha! I don't know! I really hope nothing will happen when I'm gone and while I'm there..

Oh yes, I will definitely make it a point to exercise like regularly. What's the point of a gym if you don't use it correct? haha. Yeahh. Exercise exercise exercise! =D

Anyways, I gotta get some stuff before leaving. Here's a mental note for myself:
- new black leggings
- a few more tops (sleeves or racerbacks, in anticipation for the hot weather)
- pumps?
- shorts
- skirts?
- CLAIROL HERBAL ESSENCE - DANGEROUSLY STRAIGHT SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER (it has been out of stock at my uncle's shop like since forever! =( guess i'll be getting it from giant..)
- DO SOMETHING TO HAIR B4 LEAVING
- CHANGE USD & JPY (in case we got time to eat.. Cuz i saw the itinerary and realised that we may not have enough time to eat after all.. bleah...)

I think this should be all for the moment.. hmm....

Saturday night: dinner @ grandma's - cousin back from New Zealand
Sunday afternoon: late lunch cum dinner @ Charco's with church peeps!
Thursday: outing with ma lovelies after sending my mama off, shes going to HK and wont be back in time to send me off!! =(
Saturday nite: sab staying over and going airport with me in the morning with vir & kyna! =DD

okay, this was supposed to be uploaded like days ago (or more specifically, last friday), but the uploading took waay too long, and i got distracted along the way, so here it is nowww!

domi, sab, jeff and my day at Wild Wild Wet! Along with our dinner with shuwen at Via Veneto! =)

it rained while we were there, and we were stuck under the shelter for about an hour plus cuz we werent allowed outside when it was raining with thunder and lightning.. X ) and guess what we did to entertain ourselves? sang songs, danced abit and played weird games...!! >.< initially we were playing that game where we had to find the same chinese character to connect to the last chinese character of our words used.. it was pretty fun at first, but later we got kinda bored and changed game.. haha! we moved on to choosing a word and tried to find a song that has the word in it.. lol. goes to show how bored we were while waiting for the rain to stop.. haha!

anyways, we had tons of fun and my favourite ride was ULAR-LAH! =DD the tsunami wave pool was pretty fun too, cuz we had our water war there..... AND AND AND THER WAS THIS REALLY CUTE LOOKING LIFEGUARD WHO BLEW HIS WHISTLE AT US WHEN WE GOT TOO CLOSE TO THE DEEP END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahah!! >.<

My latest Big Bang craze is driving me nuts! X )

I don't know if their looks or what, but I am certainly captivated by their singing and dancing!! And apart from NYP's Foreign Bodies, they are the other group that has made me feel like learning how to dance! Lol! But domi says that I have coordination problems.. bleeah~ Hopefully when I come back from the States, I would be able to learn some dancing.. =DD

ooohh boy.

My hair is even shorter! I think I was somehow expecting my hair to be like Shinonome Mei's hair (played by Eikura Nana in Mei-Chan no Shitsuji), but unfortunately, my hair can't make it... ='(

[thats the girl in the middle, in the first row. btw, her hair looks better from episode 4 onwards.. haha..]

So much for having nice hair before I leave.. T_T Anyways, the verdict from the hairdresser once I stepped into the salon was that.... I looked like a mushroom head. -.- As if I haven't heard THAT before. haha.. And so he helped me to layer my hair, thus resulting in the super short and messy look now. And I've scheduled an appointment to perm half of my hair in 2 weeks time, straight after my exams are over.. >.< HOPEFULLY it'll look stylishly messy. haha..

Someone really ought to really stop me when I try to do something drastic to my hair again in the future.. hmm...

AND AND AND!  I just found out something!!!!! Starhub Cable TV, Channel 173 is showing BOYS BEFORE FLOWERS!!! WHEEEE~ I think its 9pm to 10.10pm, every mondays and tuesdays.. I hope I'm correct.. haha! I was so excited!! and KIM BUM IS SO HOT!!

Episode 13 is up on viikii.net, but I don't think I'm going to watch it yet, cuz exams are in a few days time!!!

- I'm no longer stopping at tokyo on my way back from florida.. So I'll most probably be going with Sab at the end of the year.. Tokyo & Korea!! wheeeee~ oh ya, this is 'cause the travel agent which we are going through, does not have any seats for us to stopover in tokyo... ='( oh wells...
- Our forms are here from US, and I've managed to schedule an appointment with the US Embassy alreaddy! yaaay!
- My flight is confirmed! 15th March, 6am, Terminal 1, Northwest Airlines! =D   I hope people will come send me off! haha.. though it'll be at 4am in the morning... X )

Okie dokies, I think i'll stop here for today.. Need to prepare lesson for tomorrow night, and also study for customer behaviour this friday...   ja ne!

This seems like a good start for the 2nd month of 2009.. haha.. I'm actually posting more than 2 times in a week! lol!

okay, so today was netball, and I got totally upset when the game was ending. bahh.

this whole game spoilt the better half of my day!! I went to study with shiyun this morning at the post centre, she studied french while i was writing my notes for IMC. Everything was good until our game started. gaaaaaahhhhhhhhh.

OKAY. I NEED TO COOL DOWN.

No point ranting over this already. -throws the bad emotions away!-

And I am seriously detesting my hair right now. I should be going to my mum's hairdresser (a really nice person who most of the time, manages to salvage whatever bad hairstyly I have) tomorrow to try and SAVE MY HAIR. I hope it'll look better before I leave for floridaaaa~

Okie dokies, I'm gonna go blow dry my hair now, and watch a bit of coffee prince later!
